Ralph Atkinson – Flowery Branch, Georgia
Ralph, a Corporate Chaplain since 1996 serves several companies in the Atlanta, GA area. Ralph also served as a chaplain with Allied Holdings, Inc. for ten years. He is certified by International Critical Incident Stress Foundation, Inc. for both workplace settings and Homeland Security, and a member of Georgia Critical Incident Stress Foundation. Ralph is a graduate of Miami Dade Community College (’76) and Southern Theological Seminary (’95). He is the father of two great children, and the grandfather of a beautiful grand daughter. His other interests include Kentucky Wildcats basketball, music and deep sea fishing.




Ben G. Condray - Midlothian, Texas
Ben has served as a corporate chaplain in Midlothian, TX since 2000 and as the chaplain for Allied Holdings, Inc since 2003. He has also been on staff at First Baptist Church in Midlothian, TX since 1996 where he serves as Minister of Families and Counseling. Ben is a graduate of East Texas Baptist University ('84) and Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary ('89 and '98). Ben is married to Tammy and they have four children. Ben loves to golf, travel and watch the Dallas Mavericks.




Don McDaniel - Cumming, Georgia
Chaplain Don McDaniel retired from the US Army as a Georgia Army National Guard Chaplain with the rank of Lieutenant Colonel on 28 February 2011. His last duty assignment was Deputy Chaplain for Joint Forces Command, Headquarters and Headquarters Company, Dobbins Reserve Air Base, Marietta, GA. From 1999-2003 Chaplain McDaniel was a Corporate Chaplain at Allied Holdings, in Decatur, GA. From 2000-2003 Chaplain McDaniel was the chaplain to Willis Oil Company in Griffin, GA. While serving as an Army Chaplain, Don was certified in Critical Incident Stress Management. He specialized in terrorism and disaster response. He is also certified in pastoral crisis intervention. Don also has served as a chaplain for the Georgia Baptist Children's Home in Baxley, GA. Don served as pastor of four Southern Baptist Churches for sixteen years, three churches in Georgia and one in Virginia. Don is a graduate of Carson-Newman College (B.A.) in Tennessee, the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary (M. Div.) in Kentucky and Luther Rice Seminary (D. Min.) in Florida


Ed Salter – McDonough, Georgia
Ed has served as a corporate chaplain with Chaplain Associates since 1992. He is currently Senior Vice President. He
served as Assistant Director, Director and Vice President of chaplaincy for Allied Holdings, Inc. from 1992-2004. He served with Allied as a contract chaplain from 2004-2005. He had thirty years of pastoral experiences prior to chaplaincy. He also has experience as a police chaplain and summer camp chaplain. Ed is a graduate of Brewton-Parker College (’64), Georgia Southern College (’68), Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary (’72) and New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary (’83). He is certified by International Critical Incident Stress Foundation, Inc. In 2006 he authored the book, A Proud Heritage - An Unlimited Future (A History Of Allied Holdings, Inc. - The First Seventy Years). He is married to Christine and they have three grown children and six grandchildren. His other interests include sports (especially the Atlanta Braves and Georgia Bulldogs), computer and leadership development
